Project Introduction:
Xiamen Marriott Hotel Taidi is located in the CBD of Haicang Avenue, 6 kilometers away from the sea in Haicang District, Xiamen City. It is located in SOHO Taidi Haixi Center, across the sea from Xiamen Island. It is the first complex hotel under Marriott International Group in Fujian Province. Xiamen Taidi Haixi Center has a total construction area of 500,000 square meters, and its business formats include international five-star hotels, Class A office buildings, high-end SOHO, bay style streets, etc. The project has become a new high-end urban complex in Xiamen and one of the core landmarks of Haicang.
The hotel kitchen uses 4E variable frequency hoods and food waste collection system (GCS): EF&EB series variable frequency hood 80.21 meters (for details of the hood, see the product introduction), 11 FCS variable frequency systems (for details of the variable frequency system, see the product introduction), FCS system controls the total fan power: 160KW.
One set of food waste collection system (GCS), with 5 food waste delivery ports (GCS-01), located in the dishwasher room of the staff restaurant on the underground first floor, the rough processing room, the dishwasher room of the full-time restaurant on the first floor, the dishwasher room of the banquet restaurant on the second floor, and the dishwasher room of the Chinese restaurant on the third floor; the garbage storage and dehydration machine (GCS-02) and the vacuum pump system (GCS-03) are located in the garbage room on the underground first floor.
