Project Introduction:
Nanjing Marriott Hotel is located in the core area of Baijia Lake in Jiangning Development Zone, with a construction area of about 70,000 square meters. The hotel has various guest rooms and suites, 2 large pillarless banquet halls, with a total of about 1,000 seats, and is equipped with 10 large and small multi-functional conference rooms, as well as related supporting facilities such as swimming pools and fitness centers.
The hotel kitchen uses 4E variable frequency hoods: EB series variable frequency hoods 47.33 meters (for details of hoods, please refer to the product introduction), EF series variable frequency hoods 25.2 meters (for details of hoods, please refer to the product introduction), and 14 FCS variable frequency systems (for details of variable frequency systems, please refer to the product introduction). The total power of the fan controlled by the FCS system is: 113.4KW.
After summarizing the energy consumption data of all kitchens, it was found that the kitchen of Nanjing Marriott Hotel had saved 169,962.6 kWh of energy since its operation in March 2018 to April 1, 2019. Based on the local electricity price of RMB 1 per kWh, this is equivalent to a reduction of RMB 169,000 in electricity bills. At the same time, 20.3 tons of CO2 emissions were reduced.
