Project Introduction:
China Merchants Bank Nanjing Branch was established on November 29, 1996 and is a first-level branch wholly owned by China Merchants Bank. The Nanjing headquarters building, delivered in 2018, is located on Nanxijiangdong Street, Jianye District, Nanjing, and has 48 floors.
The employee restaurant is located on the 3rd floor and is designed to accommodate 2,000 people per day. The project uses: EB series hoods 43.5 meters (see product introduction for details of the hoods), a set of GCS kitchen waste system (see product introduction for details of the kitchen waste system), a kitchen waste inlet (GCS-01) is installed in the dishwashing room and kitchen rough processing room of the employee restaurant on the 3rd floor, and the garbage storage and dehydration machine (GCS-02) and vacuum pump system (GCS-03) are located in the garbage room on the second floor below ground.
